How do I shop online?


Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy and secure. You may always view the items you have added to your Shopping Bag by clicking the "Shopping Bag" button on the top right of any page. You may also checkout by clicking on the "checkout" hyperlink located on any item detail page. Once you are viewing the contents of your shopping bag, you may adjust quantities in your bag by changing the number to the right of items, and then by clicking "update bag" after all quantity adjustments have been made.


How do I checkout?


Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping bag, click on the "Checkout" button in your shopping cart. If you are unable to checkout and there is an error message above your shopping cart, that is because we do not currently ship the country which you have selected.



Which payment methods do you accept?


We only accept PayPal as it the safest and most secure way to make payments.



When will my order will shipped?


For all regular orders (i.e. not pre-orders) placed Monday-Friday before 11 AM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and usually ship within 1-3 business day pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 11 AM EST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11 AM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We do not offer Saturday delivery.


All Pre-Orders are shipped within 3 business days of the release date if we purchase the item in store. If we purchase the item(s) via an online source, please allow up to 6 business days for your order to be shipped. In such a case, you will be notified of the extended shipment time. Please note that release dates are subject to change, which we do not have control over.


In the rare event that we are unable to secure your size, please allow extra time for us to fulfill your order. In this scenario, we will keep in close contact with you via email regarding our efforts to secure your pair and get it shipped out to you as soon as possible. Otherwise, in the unlikely situation in which we have not fulfilled your Pre-Order after 7 business days, you will be refunded immediately.


All items are shipped via USPS and include a tracking number.
